Damage Reporting

Like you we love surfboards and take the upmost care when packaging them for delivery. Unfortunately due to their fragile nature and the due care they sometimes don't receive from delivery companies we ask that you to ensure to follow these guidelines:
- At the same time open the package and inspect the board very carefully. If you note any damage to the packaging/board take photos THEN SIGN FOR THE PARCEL AS DAMAGED.
- At this stage let us know of the damage by email attaching the associated photos for evidence. It is important this is reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery otherwise it becomes ineligible for a claim.

When is my order going to be posted to me?

-Orders placed before 3pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched and posted the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on these days will be dispatched the next working day. No post is dispatched or delivered on Bank holidays. 

Returns & Refunds

- If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, good's must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
